Let’s Never Come Here Again Because It Would Never Be As Much Fun explores a fear of change born out of a fear of loss. Navigating through landscapes riddled with confusion, love, and fear, this body of work mimics the emotions evoked from an inescapable timeline. Each image is representative of a person, place, or moment which all live on another plane. One wrong step, and they’ll be gone; a right step can’t prevent them from leaving either. Just as a running river erodes rocks to pebbles, both the moments and the feelings behind them will leave. A sad attempt to prevent a change that is inevitable is hopeless.
